Returns
"should" be mailed out to us within 10-14 business days of receiving your order.
We have never refused an "un-worn" item, even after 30 days. You may return your
order for an exchange or refund for any reason, as long as the merchandise is
not used or worn. You do not need a return authorization, just send back your
order if you are not satisfied with it. The dollar amount of items returned by a
customer cannot exceed more than $1000. If you choose to exchange your items, we
will ship your replacement out to you Free of charge once your return is
received.
We take every precaution to ship merchandise in a safely packaged box to prevent
damage to your order. All sizing questions for shoes and clothing should be made
before placing an order.
Returns must be sent back in the same condition they were received. Items should
be sent back in the same box they were shipped in (if possible). Any items that
have missing parts/accessories, look worn or scratched, smell like smoke or
cologne/perfume, have been tampered with, or have had tags removed, will result
in the refusal of your return.
We will carefully inspect each item that is returned, and reserve the right to
reject or send back any item that appears to show any of the conditions stated
above.
We will not pay for any return shipping charges, we do however give Full Refunds
including your original shipping charges. All returns should be sent back
insured with a tracking number by the customer. We will not be responsible for
any lost or damaged returns.
Have your name, address, and order number included with your return. Please
write down what you want us to do with your return also (Exchange or Refund). If
exchanging, let us know what you would like to exchange for by including style
#'s or item names.
